Heavy on ‘80s Prince-isms and saucy innuendoes (let’s just say I don’t think she’s talking about inflatables when she sings “It’s time to bring out the big, big balloons”), Katy Perry’s new single is an enjoyable three minutes of pop fizz. Cut from the same cloth as her party anthem ‘Last Friday Night,’ the track is one of the few highlights on the disappointing third album Prism and is destined to be a firm fixture on mainstream radio this summer.
