Katy Perry accused of copying video concept
Perry's video for new track Roar is accused of being strikingly similar to another...
Producer Dillion Francis has accused Perry on Twitter of copying his Messages music video.
Francis Tweeted Perry saying:
"Hey @katyperry why?..." Included in the same tweet were links to his video for Messages and Perry's video for new single Roar.
To say Perry isn't having an easy time of it would be an understatement.
First of all her new track leaks early online and then she's hit with criticism that Roar bears an uncanny resemblance to Brave by Sara Bareilles.
What else can go wrong for her? Maybe we shouldn't even ponder the possibilities.
Have a look at the two videos now and while you're at it, check out Brave by Bareilles. At least it's easy to decide which version is better.
