Karen O - Track Review

Written during a period of her life where she doubted if she’d ever fall in love again, the first single from Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ front-lady Karen O’s impending debut Crush Songs is a beautiful, broken-hearted number. Lo-fi and featuring only acoustic guitar and vocals, the track is reminiscent of her work on the Where The Wild Things Are Soundtrack and this so-called score to the singer’s “ever continuing love crusade” is a bewitching listen.
