Justin Bieber continues stay at summit of singles chart
'Love Yourself' is the most popular song of the week - with 'Sorry' close behind
Like a reliable middleweight boxer, Justin Bieber has again landed a one-two on the Irish singles chart, as 'Love Yourself' and 'Sorry' hold onto the top two positions on the rundown.
The tracks, from his album Purpose, are closely followed by What Do You Mean, which retains the No. 4 spot; only Adele breaks his run, with 'Hello' slotting in at No. 3.
While Fleur East and Rudimental hang onto their positions, there's a few traditional favourites taking up residency for the Christmas season; 'All I Want For Christmas' sees Mariah Carey at No. 6, while 'Fairytale of New York' lands The Pogues and Kirsty McColl at No. 9.
The X-Factor winner, for so long a shoo-in for festive number one, hasn't made too much of a dent this time round; while the highest new entry on the chart, Louisa Johnson's take on 'Forever Young' is only reaches No. 12.
