On the videos: "That is damning for Taytay"
The Taylor-Kanye-Kim saga reached a glorious peak yesterday after Kim released videos of Taylor approving the controversial 'Famous' lyric "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex". The internet promptly exploded, and now Late Late Show host James Corden has thrown in a response of his own.
After a brief monologue, Corden unveils a skit that's less parody and more lighthearted reappropriation of the leaked videos.
In the skit, Corden and Kanye exchange advise as friends. Corden advises Kanye not to use the notorious 'Famous' lyric, while Kanye advises Corden not to make a Mike Pence joke.
The highlight is a bizarre appearance from Late Late Show bandleader Reggie Watts, who drops James a line to talk about the proliferation of nuts in modern society. What follows is a subtle, masterful Deez Nuts joke.
