It could be you...
Only two weeks left until the submissions deadline for the next IMRO Showcase Tour - and record-breaking numbers have already entered! Get postal, people
A record number of entries have been received for the 2002 IMRO Showcase Tour, which is supported by Dave Fanning and 2FM, and takes in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Belfast, Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow.
"Apart from the volume, there's great diversity in the entries," enthuses IMRO's Keith Johnson. "People have tended to think of the Showcase Tour as being exclusively about bands, but we've had a lot of solo singer-songwriters and dance acts applying.
The message is: 'If you're good and want a high-profile paid gig, send us your music!'"
You heard the man... your demos, CDs and biogs need to reach IMRO Showcase 2002, P.O. Box 5466, Dublin 4 no later than February 28th.
