Isaac The Alchemist

Featuring none other than the divine Vyvienne Long on cello, the sensational Niamh Farrell of The Danger Is on backing vocals and the also really great Laura Sheeran (so sue me, I ran out of adjectives) on same, ‘Isaac The Alchemist’ is a dreamweaving folk pop ditty with bags of charm. The brainchild of Belfast man Martin Burns, The Popgun Plot have hit on an extremely lush sound with their new single, which is generously layered with contributions from some of the most talented indie plate-spinners in the country.
