For the third week running, A Star is Born tops the Irish Singles and Albums Charts.
With Halloween on the horizon, theatricality continues to win out in this week's Irish Charts. Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper's "Shallow" holds on to the No. 1 space on the Irish Singles Chart, accompanied by "Always Remember Us This Way" which has become Gaga’s eighth Top 3 hit in the country. Meanwhile, "I’ll Never Love Again" with Bradley Cooper has vaulted seven places from last week to Number 10.
The motion picture soundtrack has fought out contenders to hold on to the coveted No. 1 space on the Official Irish Albums Chart.
Ireland clearly has a soft spot for musicals because at No. 2 we find the soundtrack from The Greatest Showman.
Meanwhile, the show goes on for a number of homegrown artists who have carved out their place this week.
Picture This have debuted at number 12 with infectiously catchy "One Drink", while the self-titled EP from the Athy lads has returned to No. 8 on the Albums Charts. This comes as tickets for their record-breaking five shows at the 3arena in March sold-out earlier this week.
Another new entry comes from enormously talented Dermot Kennedy, with the Dubliner landing his first Official Chart appearance at 37 with "Power Over Me".
Another three new entries have made it into this week’s chart as Zara Larsson’s "Ruin My Life" sneaks in at 41, Ava Max reaches 44 with "Sweet But Psycho", and The 1975's "It’s Not Living (If It’s Not With You)" debuts at 48.
