Indie Love Song

As February 14 rears its extraneous head, veteran rockers The Frank & Walters release ‘Indie Love Song’, a tribute to the often overlooked art of seeing a girl you like, and instead of initiating conversation, rushing out of the discothèque to write her an insular ballad with a killer guitar riff. The drowsy refrain of “I tried to write you an indie love song/What I came up with is only this one” is neither grammatically desirable, nor groundbreaking, but as indie love songs go, this one ain’t half bad.
