Another solid track from London-born, Wexford-raised rap folkster Maverick Sabre, but this time, it’s less about the production gloss and larger-than-life horn breaks, and more about a sweet melody and a soulful reggae-tinged vocal. Even more impressive is the fact that despite Mav’s chart success and major label deal, the track remains more or less untouched from the version on the rough and ready Travelling Man mixtape he released late last year.
