Hypnotize You
Produced by dance royals Daft Punk, 'Hypnotize You' sees N.E.R.D. hold onto their hip hop swagger and miraculously avoid being dwarfed by the massive Daft sound. Playing the dual roles of an Otis Redding-brand smooth operator and out-of-breath pervert, Pharrell's in typically brilliant mode on this one (who else could pull off a lusty hook like "Touch it girl, touch it girl, touch it girl, aaaah!"?), whetting appetites for album number four.
