This newly minted alt-folk act are led by Nordie music scene royalty Cormac Neeson from The Answer, and feature seasoned musicians from the likes of New Pagans and The Unholy Gospel Band. Offering some much-needed sonic sunshine, the collective draw influence from the California Laurel Canyon artists of the ’60s and ’70s. Debut LP The Mountains Are My Friends, is due soon. Hot Press got our mitts on an advance copy and it’s full of warmth, soul and hooks the size of Slieve Gullion.
