Hot For 2021 Irish Acts: The Florentinas
In a world of shuttered music venues and snatched-away opportunities, Ireland’s music community continues to defy the odds – with young, emerging artists defiantly rising above seemingly insurmountable challenges, and flying the flag for their country. This bold energy, independent ethos and genre-defying talent is evident across our list of Hot For 2021 Irish Acts – which features artists from every corner of Ireland.
The Florentinas:
This young alternative band from Bangor, Northern Ireland have joined forces with Gary Lightbody’s management company, Third Bar. They signed a major publishing deal with BMG back in October, a short sixteen months after forming. Now, they’re getting ready to take on the world. Hooked up with the right producer, they can go all the way. Remember where you read it...
Hear: ‘Stay’ (Live at Start Together Studio).
Watch: ‘The Hills’ (The Weeknd Cover) on YouTube.
