Electric Penguins' rather complex sound encompasses synths, mellotron, mandolin and vocals, although in camp EP, words are spoken as often as they’re sung. It’s an odd mix, but 'Highgate Hill' bears just enough atmospheric quirk to dig the duo out of novelty territory.
