Not content with selling-out his recent Irish tour, Ian Brown returns to Ireland on July 13th for a Saturday night slot at Witnness.
"I was asking people 'what's the best gig to play here?' and they kept saying 'Witnness', so, yeah, I'm really looking forward to it," King Monkey tells hotpress.com.
Also confirmed for the first day of the Fairyhouse blow-out are platinum-shifting Americans No Doubt and Green Day.
As for the rest of the bill, hotpress.com understands that it'll be similar to the 'T' In The Park line-up which takes place over the same weekend in Scotland and includes A, Badly Drawn Boy, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Gomez, Groove Armada, Haven, Joe Strummer, Layo & Bushwacka, Starsailor, Tricky, Beverley Knight, Chemical Brothers, Foo Fighters, Mull Historical Society, Primal Scream and The Beta Band.
