Gabby Young gets set for NCH show

The John Field Room at the National Concert Hall will be the venue when Gabby Young and Other Animals hit Dublin later this month.
The English chanteuse was last on our shores for the 2013 Fringe Festival, but now returns with her 8 piece band in tow, supporting the release of new album One Foot in Front of the Other.
There's more than a hint of Florence Welsh about the Bath-born Young, whose musical stylings traverse genres, swinging from jazz and blues to gypsy folk and foot-stomping rock. The group describe their sound as 'circus swing', and HP is of the opinion that they've just about hit the nail on the head.
