Frantic Jack crack charts
The single 'Hold On' by Edenderry five-piece Frantic Jack single has crashed into the Irish charts at No. 9, the only independent release to enter the charts this week
Reviewing the track in his First Cuts column in the current issue of Hot Press', Jackie Hayden describes 'Hold On' as "an anthemic work-out with deadly chiming guitar, a stomping beat and an infectious groove."
It comes from the band's debut album Independence, which was released the previous week. The lads are now off on a nationwide tour with 30 dates, beginning this Saturday night with a home game in Edenderry GAA Centre, followed by gigs across fifteen counties.
