Foxes - Holding Onto Heaven

From her May-released debut album Glorious, ‘Holding Onto Heaven’ is the third solo single by British singer Foxes (or Louisa Rose Allen to her mammy). Opening with delicate, soulful vocals which are heavy on the Florence and the Machine-isms, the track transforms into a decent but derivative dance tune shortly thereafter. A pleasant pop tune that suffers from a lack of originality, consider us firmly on the fence on this one.
