Flesh
For those who just can’t keep up with all the fabulous tunage coming out of Cork, the debut track from Leeside duo Young Wonder was ‘Tumbling Backwards’, a polished electro pop dream, based around big-boned beats and a glossy, distorted vocal. Next, a somersaulting number called ‘Flesh’, which is twice as fast and twice as banging. The track is accompanied by a rollercoastering video from Feel Good Lost films. All this, plus they’ve forced me to reacquaint myself with the words “tunage” and “banging”, which I ordinarily loathe. A rippling remix from north-of-the-border beatmaker SertOne can also be snapped up at the below address.
