Fight Like Apes to throw album fundraiser party
The Irish alt rockers are holding a party in Dublin's Odessa club in order to help add finances to their fundit.ie campaign.
The Irish Quintet are holding a party in Dublin's Odessa club this Friday May 10 in order to help finance the finishing touches on their third album.
Having left their label, Model Citizen, earlier this year Fight Like Apes set up a controversial Fundit.ie campaign to finish the follow up to 2010's The body of Christ and the legs of Tina Turner.
With only four days left in their crowd funding campaign and still €8,000 away from their twenty grand target the band have organised a fundraiser in the Dame Court club this Friday.
Tickets can be bought at the door only and will set you back just €10. Merchandise can also be purchased on the night along with a raffle for weekend passes to bought Forbidden Fruit and Castlepalooza.
FLApes themselves will be doing a DJ set along with special performances and sets from acts yet to be announced.
