The Cork-based multi-instrumentalist returns with a new live video ahead of her upcoming Electric Picnic performances this weekend.
After having spent the summer touring Ireland and Italy, Clare Sands has prepared fans for her two upcoming EP shows by releasing her latest video, a live performance of ‘Let’s Get Lost’.
Featuring an eight-piece band, and sung in English and Italian, the track plays out as an eclectic adventure commencing on the streets of Paris, before ending somewhere far out on an unnamed road. Blending smooth Latin American lounge, jazz and shimmering ‘60s-style guitars, ‘Let’s Get Lost’ represents Sands’ passion for world music, language and musical diversity.
Sands will be playing at Electric Picnic this weekend at 4pm on Sunday, on the ArtLot stage. She will also be performing with Jack L at midnight on Sunday, on the Hazel Wood Stage. She has a further eight shows scheduled for this autumn.
