Duke Special plays Cannes reception
Belfast boy Duke Special is to perform at the Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board and Culture Ireland reception, to celebrate new Irish cinema at the 60th Cannes Film Festival.
The reception will take place on May 20, and be attended by the great and the good of the film world, including the production teams behind Once and Garage.
It will be the first time an Irish artist has played the reception.
Closer to home, Mr Special precedes the June 8 release of 'Everybody Wants A Little Something' with a six-date tour of Ireland that begins at the Opera House in Cork on May 21.
