Dry Cleaning share new single 'Joy' from album Secret Love
Watch the new single 'Joy' below.
Ahead of the release of their new album Secret Love – out this Friday, January 9, on 4AD – Dry Cleaning have shared 'Joy', their fourth and final single from the project.
The English post-punk band are also approaching their 2026 UK & EU tour, stopping in Dublin in Vicar Street on April 17 and Limerick in Dolan's on April 18.
"Recently I feel very pessimistic about the world. The influence of what they call “the manosphere”, the genocide in Palestine continuing despite huge protests, the rise of the racist Reform party in the UK, the spread of AI in art and music amongst other regressive things." - expressed the band vocalist Florence Shaw.
"I wanted to stoke my drive to stay positive and promote softness, joy and compassion."
The video for 'Joy' was choreographed by BULLYACHE and stars the band's guitarist Tom Dowse. It was produced and directed by Cuán Roche.
