More than a few esteemed rock critics (OK, anonymous YouTubers, who, in fairness, could very well be esteemed rock critics) have pointed out the similarity between ?Do I Wanna Know?‘ and Brothers-era Black Keys. But even if this sinister little morsel does bear a striking resemblance to that million-selling LP, there‘s no denying that it falls beautifully on the ears. From forthcoming fifth album AM, it makes a great big show of the Monkeys‘ backing vocal talent with some roof-raising call and response.
