Dirty Days
Americana delights from much underrated Indie kids
Dirty Days is the Flea Market Poets’ debut effort and it’s packed with lovelorn Americana-influenced anthems that are up there with the best of them. Consisting of 13 tracks, the record is at its finest when singer Jason Serious is being introspective. Ultimately, it’s the swoon of songs such as ‘Captain Nate’ and the title-track that leave us wanting more. If bands like Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Teenage Fanclub and the Gin Blossoms are your bag, then we guarantee you’ll love this lot.
