Derek Ellard 'Candour EP' - Track Review

The results of four years of travels, experiences and self-discovery, Candour suggests the Galway performer is a musician on the cusp of something special. Comprising four tracks, the tunes flirt with folk, EDM, prog and alt country, creating a sound that is very much his own. ‘Indiana’ is the star of the show thanks to some arresting vocals and inventive beats. However, the entire EP is worth exploring.
