David Kitt announces Dublin show
He will perform in Vicar Street on Friday, December 4, 2026.
David Kitt has announced a gig in Vicar Street, Dublin on Friday, December 4, 2026.
The announcement comes fresh off the heels of the release of the album The Big Romance (Kittser’s Version), the 25th anniversary re-recording of his landmark 2001 release.
The new version came about as Kittser’s old record company still own the rights to the original songs, and would not consider a vinyl re-release.

The 25th anniversary edition was rated an 8.5/10 by Hot Press, who wrote that the record still sounded “as fresh today as it did a quarter of a century ago.”
Prior to his gig in Vicar Street this winter, Kitt is also set to perform at this year’s edition of All Together Now set to take place from July 31 to August 2 in Curraghmore House, Waterford.
Tickets for David Kitt’s Vicar Street show go on sale this Thursday, May 21 at 10am here.
