Curtisy unveiled the project in March, which is set to release on May 30. Teaming up with hikii, who produced and collaborated on his debut What Was The Question, Beauty In The Beast draws on the Tallaght rapper's working class upbringing and finding hope among the hopelessness.
“I used mostly 70s and 80s soul and jazz samples," hikii said. "There’s a theme throughout the album of beauty and struggle, happiness and pain."

"I wanted to create a juxtaposition; some of the samples are from shows like Scooby Doo and The Simpsons, and movies like Dracula and Scream, in order to try and make the tape feel like a movie,” he added.
With his breakthrough in 2024, Curtisy exploded onto Dublin's rap scene, selling out gigs across the city and receiving a nomination for RTÉ's Choice Prize for Album of the Year.
Free entry to the gig is available with a pre-order of Beauty In The Beast.
