We have the full Punchestown line-up!
Having already unveiled Foo Fighters, Black Eyed Peas, Paolo Nutini and Arctic Monkeys as four of their headliners, Oxegen has just this second rolled out the rest of its bill at a launch party in the Dublin Academy – and what a line-up it is too!
Making the trip to Punchestown between July 8 and 10 will be – deep breath! – Coldplay, The Script, The Strokes, The National, Deadmau5, Plan B, Swedish House Mafia, My Chemical Romance, Beady Eye, Leftfield, Brandon Flowers, Bruno Mars, Pendulum, Chase and Status, Tinie Tempah, Weezer, eels, Bright Eyes, Friendly Fires, Imelda May, a Screamadelica performing Primal Scream, Calvin Harris, Jimmy Eat World, Two Door Cinema Club, Hurts, Crystal Castles, Jessie J, Jenny & Johnny, House Of Pain, Steve Aoki, Sven Vath, Mona, Crookers, The Naked & Famous, Bloody Beetroots, All Time Low, Noah And The Whale, Fight Like Apes, Ryan Sheridan, The Minutes, Bipolar Empre, Madison and The Vaccines. And, we’re told, there’ll be lots more additions over the coming weeks.
We don’t know about you, but we reckon that’s one of the strongest Oxegen line-ups ever.
Tickets are back on sale priced €99.50 (single day); €199.50 (three day, no camping); €224.50 (three day with camping); and €244.50 (four day with camping).
Once again there’s a scheme whereby you pay a deposit now, another chunk in April and the balance in June. Ticketmaster.ie has all the details.
Purchase during March and you’ll be in with a shout of winning a fabulous range of prizes that includes side of stage access and meet ‘n’ greets.
The man overseing all of this, festival director John Probyn, talks to Hot Press in our new issue out on Thursday. Plus we have an in-depth interview with Oxegen buzz band The Vaccines.
