Cold Pro Festival cancelled
Axe falls on Clare festival
The Cold Pro Festival, scheduled to take place in Clare over the June Bank Holiday weekend has been called off due to "factors outside of the organisers' control". The event at Miltown Malbay was set to feature the likes of Peter Hook, Imelda May, O Emperor and many more but sadly will no longer take place.
An excerpt from the official statement reads:
"All of us at Cold Pro festival have put our hearts and souls into creating an independent event run by the people for the people, and we would like to sincerely apologise to every person that has come on board or was as excited as us, and thank all that were aspiring to help out or come and party with us.
"We are aiming to come back stronger than ever to run the festival in 2012, possibly in a different part of Ireland, but still with the same ideals and creative vision as the driving force behind it."
Refunds on all tickets are available via Ticketmaster.
