Cillian Murphy to Collaborate with Christopher Nolan, Again!
The Cork man must be a muse for director Christopher Nolan as they're set to work together for a fifth time on WWII drama, Dunkirk.
After starring as the villainous Scarecrow in Nolan's Batman series and appearing in the mind-boggling Inception, Nolan has called on Murphy again to deliver a stellar performance in the upcoming Dunkirk.
Dunkirk recounts the real events of the dramatic Dunkirk beach evacuation in 1940. Code-named Operation Dynamo, 300,000 Allied soldiers were rescued from Dunkirk, France as Nazi forces were fast approaching. Murphy will star alongside Kenneth Branagh, Mark Rylance and Tom Hardy.
Dunkirk has yet to start filming but Murphy will have plenty of endeavors to keep him occupied as he is currently working on the third season of the critically acclaimed series, Peaky Blinders.
