Cilla Black death may have been caused by accident

The star who was 72 is reported to have died of natural causes. Black earned prominence as a singer in the 1960's before becoming a much loved presenter on ITV at the helm of shows Surprise, Surprise and Blind Date. Paul McCartney was amongst the famous faces who paid tribute to Black upon her passing at the weekend.
