Christy Moore and Declan Sinnott for Vicar Street
All in aid of a very good cause!
Irish folk legend Christy Moore and longtime collaborator Declan Sinnott are set to grace the Vicar Street stage next month for a very special benefit concert in aid of Concern.
The evening, entitled Songs For Somalia – is a benefit for Concern’s East Africa Crisis Appeal and takes place on Monday September 26. Severe drought has struck Somalia, Kenya and Ethiopia with devastating effect. Over 10 million people have been affected by the worst drought to hit Africa in over 60 years. All proceeds on the night will go towards Concern's East Africa Crisis Appeal.
