Christy Dignam confirms Dublin gig
We’re delighted to see Christy Dignam returning to live action on February 15 when himself and his Aslan bandmate Joe Jewell play an intimate Some Songs & Stories gig in The Abbey Tavern, Howth.
Tickets priced €20 are on sale now from the venue and the usual outlets.
Christy was diagnosed last March as suffering from cancer, but made a guest appearance at a special night organised in his honour at the Olympia and which featured the likes of The Riptide Movement, Jedward, Steve Wall of The Stunning, The Corona’s Danny O’Reilly, The Original Rudeboys, Bressie, Jerry Fish, Ryan Sheridan, Gavin Friday, Horslips, The Dublin Gospel Choir, Paul Brady, Adrian Kennedy, Mary Black, Don Mescall, Mark Feehily and Tom Dunne of Something Happens.
