Not one, but two of the Hot Press-approved ‘50 Irish Acts You Have To Hear’ star in this clip – the breathtaking and blustery music video for Daithí’s techno-trad ballad ‘Carraroe’, filmed by Brendan Canty and Conal Thomson of Feel Good Lost films. It’s damn-near impossible do this one justice on paper – barren Irish countryside doesn’t exactly spell a visual treat – but rest assured that all those rolling waves and cloudy skies represent the edgy elegance of the track perfectly.
