Cardinals, Katie Kim, AE Mak, and more announced for Dundalk's Bold Frontiers festival

Bold Frontiers have announced the lineup for the Dundalk festival, taking place from October 9 to 11. The lineup includes AE Mak, Katie Kim, David Keenan, and Cardinals. The Mary Wallopers' Andrew Hendy, will also be performing with his band, Andjo Banjo and the Muirhevna Ramblers.

The three-day festival began in 2025, with last year's lineup featuring John Francis Flynn, Elaine Malone, and Just Mustard. The concerts will take place in different venues around Dundalk town, including Dundalk Gaol, Mo Chara, and The Spirit Store.

The event is sponsored by Beamish, Louth County Council, and Visit Louth.

Bold Frontier aims to use the urban setting of Dundalk town to celebrate music, art, and culture, with Irish and international acts.

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, September 16, at 8 pm, with purchasing information coming soon.
