Bucket announce Muck and Mosaic vinyl pressing
The trio released a new single 'Strung Out' earlier this month.
Dublin experimental rock trio Bucket have announced their first-ever vinyl pressing of their debut EP Muck and its follow-up Mosaic, out November 13.
Both records will be collected on a limited red and black marble 12" as part of music retailer Dinked's Early Doors series - a curated collection of new and archival vinyl releases.
The announcement comes ahead of a run of UK shows this week in London, Bristol and Manchester, following new single 'Strung Out' earlier this month.
The dates build on a year of touring that has included support slots with Knocked Loose, Heavy Lungs and The Scratch, alongside appearances at ArcTanGent, Eurosonic and FOCUS Wales.
The Early Doors series is "dedicated to championing emerging artists and bringing their music to a wider audience," according to a statement. Previous editions have included releases from YARD, Makeshift Art Bar, Glasshouse Red Spider Mite, PUNCHBAG and Dog Race.
Originally released in March 2025, Muck captures the destructive live energy on which Bucket first built their reputation. The four-track EP was recorded live at Black Mountain Studios in Dundalk and sees "weighty drums and restless bass against piercing guitars and distorted vocal melodies, finding room for dark humour amid the abrasion," according to a statement.
Meanwhile, Mosaic, released in April, was produced by the band alongside James Eager, who has worked with Lankum and The Scratch. The five-track EP was recorded between Transmission Rooms Studio in Longford and Camden Studios in Dublin.
"The EP unfolds through fictional narrators grappling with paranoia, mania, trauma and obsession," according to a statement.
Bucket was formed by guitarist and vocalist Cian Dahdouh and bassist Emmet McNamee - the pair met in college. They are now joined by drummer Korey Thomas, who also plays with Bricknasty.
The trio have since made appearances at The Workman's Club, Primavera Sound, New Colossus in New York and Supersonic Block Party in Paris.
The vinyls will be available through a number of record stores here.
