Rejoice and be instantly disappointed - the great hatted one is back without a bang after a five-year hiatus. Even hardcore Jamiroquai fans like myself have to admit that 'Blue Skies' is a pretty paltry first outing from their actually-quite-good seventh studio album Rock Dust Light Star. The upside? Jay Kay’s vocals are getting smoother with age.
