FLEETWOOD MAC MADCAP GOES BACK TO THE BLUES
Former Fleetwood Mac drummer Mick Fleetwood comes full circle with this release as he returns to his first love – the blues. Blue Again is a live record that was recorded in St Louis earlier this year and showcases a band hand-picked by the bearded tub-thumper to ape the Mac’s sound during the Peter Green days to a tee. Tunes like ‘Black Magic Woman’ and ‘Looking For Somebody’ are enjoyable romps down memory lane and the performances are flawless throughout – but if you don’t dig the old school boogie-woogie of ‘Rattlesnake Shake’ this will hardly be for you!
