Black Deer Festival: Bringing Americana & Country Music across the Atlantic
Taking place in Kent, the Black Deer Festival brings the best of americana and country music to an entirely new setting.
Black Deer is on "a mission to bring real Americana and Country music - and way of life - to the UK."
The line-up for this unique event will include a host of fantastic acts, including Band of Horses, John Butler Trio, The Staves, Kris Kristofferson & The Strangers, The Mavericks, Billy Bragg, Jessie Buckley, The Dead South, Yola, and much, much more.
Black Deer festival was, according to its organisers, "born from passion, and built from experience". Its founders are no strangers to the festival and events scene - having produced and directed some of the UK’s most loved events, including bringing legendary Americana artists like Neil Young, The Eagles and Bob Dylan to the country.
It is this compelling blend of passion, experience and love that shaped this festival's vision and helped it secure a truly exciting line-up.
The festival's atmosphere is just as exciting. Black Deer's fantastic variety promises wholesome food & drink, artisan wares and custom-built motorcycles, just some of the things – in addition to the music – which pay homage to the cultural heritage of America.
But more so, Black Deer is about community, and making sure that community is accessible to all.
For a truly unique experience, its worth checking out Black Deer this summer.
Black Deer festival will take place in Eridge, Kent, from June 21-23, 2019. For more details, go to https://blackdeerfestival.com/tickets/
