Beery tribute paid to Stiff Little Fingers' 'Suspect Device'
Have we got brews for you...
County Down’s Farmageddon Brewing and Ulster exiles in London, Weird Beard Brew Co., have put their punky heads together and come up with Suspect Device, an 8.3% ABV Double IPA tribute to the 1979 Stiff Little Fingers classic of the same name.
They'd toyed with the idea of calling it ‘Punishment Beating’ after the Runnin’ Riot song, but common sense prevailed!
There’s also talk of an “uber Ulster exile collaboration” featuring brewers working at Beavertown, Brewdog, Bullfinch, Buxton, Magic Rock, Marble and Weird Beard. Bring it on!
