Beamish Cork Folk Festival announces line-up
Mary Black, Capercaillie and Bert Jansch are among the artists playing the six-day folk festival
The Beamish Cork Folk Festival celebrates its 25th anniversary in style with some of the genre's biggest names descending on the People's Republic from August 31 to September 5.
Along with Mary Black and Scottish supergroup Capercaillie who are co-headlining, you can catch Bert Jansch, Paddy Keenan, Jimmy Crowley, John Spillane, Noel Hill and Jackie Daly & Seamus Creagh.
Add in céilis, classes, lectures and a tribute to the legendary Tipperary accordion player and long-time resident of Cork, Matty Teehan, and it promises to be one hell of a do.
