Attention all filmmakers: call for short film submissions

The New Theatre, Dublin, will play host to this year's Feminist Film Festival and organisers are calling for short film submissions.

The festival runs on August 30 and 31 and chosen films will be ones that address, explore or open discourse on feminist principals or women's experiences.

Filmmakers should email a link or private video file of 5-15 minutes, plus a 100-150 word piece about why they feel it should be screened to [email protected] by 5pm on Wednesday, July 30.

All profits from the event go to the charity Sasane, which supports sex trafficking victims in Nepal and you can find out more on the Feminist Film Festival website.
