Athlone Music Festival confirmed
Shane MacGowan, Sharon Shannon, Mundy, The Undertones & The Aftermath among those set to perform
AMF Promotions have confirmed that the Athlone Music Festival will go ahead on the weekend of July 31 and August 1. It will be held at the Athlone Football Stadium.
So far, the line-up includes Sharon Shannon and The Big Band, Shane MacGowan, Mundy, The Undertones, Hazel O Connor and The Subterraneans featuring Clare Hirst, Mad Dog McRea, Two Spot Gobi, The Aftermath, Saccade, Ever27, Hogan, Re-Seisiun, Creamy Goodness and Deep Speed, with more acts to be announced.
