Ash share new single 'Darkest Hour of the Night'
The song will be included in a compilation that explores Ash's 25-year recording career, out February 14.
Northern Irish trio Ash have just released a new single titled 'Darkest Hour of the Night.' The upbeat track, recorded in New York and written by vocalist and guitarist Tim Wheeler, also features horns by American indie rockers Rubblebucket.
'Darkest Hour of the Night' will be featured on an upcoming compilation titled Teenage Wildlife: 25 Years of Ash. The compilation celebrates Ash's 25-year recording career and shares its title with the documentary about the band's early rise to fame. Teenage Wildlife will include the band's classics, along with a special edition CD that includes the new track and 18 rarities.
The band will embark on a European tour beginning in February in support of the compilation's release. No Irish date has been announced.
