Arcade Fire share new 45 minute song 'Memories of the Age of Anxiety'
The song is for the meditation app Headspace.
Canadian indie rock giants Arcade Fire have shared a new 45-minute instrumental in partnership with Headspace, a meditation and sleep app.
Headspace offers mindfulness practices “on everything from managing stress and everyday anxiety to sleep, focus and mind-body health”. Arcade Fire contributed ‘Memories of the Age of Anxiety’ for Headspace's new ‘Focus’ playlist, which is curated by John Legend. The track is described as having “meditative vibes to help you focus and feel inspired”, but can only be heard in full on the Headspace app.
The band debuted 'Generation A' on Stephen Colbert's US Election Special last year, but that track has yet to be released officially.
