Aoife Power: "looking after your mental health is an ongoing, difficult job"

At the end of 2019 I made a decision to look after myself. For years I had been neglecting my wellbeing. At the start of 2020 we decided to take time away from touring to write our second album. This gave me time to begin a programme of self care which I am still working at (and forever will be).

Looking after your mental health is an ongoing, difficult job. I am wearing a See Change pin to show my support for mental health awareness.
