Amy Winehouse doc gets release date and poster

A documentary feature film about Amy Winehouse titled Amy will be arriving in theaters this July.

Helmed by relative newcomer Asif Kapadia, who garnered attention and acclaim for Senna in 2010, Amy will incorporate archival footage and unheard music to intimately tell the tragic story behind Winehouse's meteoric rise to fame and untimely death at age 27.
