All For Gold
The Danger Is, AKA quirky songstress Niamh Farrell (no relation to the Ham Sandwich front-woman of the same name!), is new to this releasing music lark, but luckily she's got the production wizardry of Autamata man Ken McHugh to get her off to a thrilling start. Farrell's eponymous debut EP contains four confident alt. folk ditties, each brimming with emotion and humour (see the delightfully-titled 'Rub Who You Love'), while standout track 'All For Gold' has a sneaky tribal underbelly. Feist fans, form an orderly queue.
