ALKY announces live debut at Whelan’s, releases new single ‘All Because Of Love’
The track poignantly captures the sadness and confusion following a breakup or the difficulties in a relationship.
Rising Dublin indie-rocker ALKY has announced his live debut at Whelan’s on March 9. Tickets are €10 and are available below. On the night, ALKY will be joined by a full band.
The artist has also released his single, ‘All Because of Love’, a track which explores the feelings commonly experienced following a breakup. The track comes accompanied by a music video, available to watch below.
Lyrically, the track explores the pain of letting go of a love that has turned bitter, showing how this can stifle personal growth and one’s aspirations.
‘All Because of Love’ boldly illustrates the bittersweet nature of love, serving as a powerful reminder of how relationships have the ability to hold us back, ultimately influencing the listener to reflect on the complex interplay between love and personal freedom.
